Urfi Javed, known for her bold fashion choices and outspoken views, has become a well-known face in the entertainment industry. Currently, she is in the spotlight for her new web series “Follow Kar Lo Yaar”, where she has revealed many untold aspects of her life. The show also highlights her bond with her sisters, Urusa, Asfi, and Dolly Javed.
In a recent interview, Urfi’s sisters disclosed that their father had installed more than 100 cameras in their house to monitor their every move. According to them, they were often subjected to strict religious restrictions during their upbringing, which caused them a lot of stress.
Religious Restrictions: Urusa, Asfi, and Dolly shared that their father imposed strict rules in the name of religion, despite not following them himself. They emphasized that religion should be about love and peace, not about fear and control. Their father would often pressure them by saying that if they didn’t follow certain practices, they wouldn’t be considered good Muslims. However, their father neither fasted during Ramadan nor offered prayers five times a day, yet imposed religious expectations on his daughters.
Constant Surveillance with Cameras: The sisters further revealed that their father had set up over 100 cameras around the house, including in the living and dining areas and even on the roof. Additionally, the wooden doors where they studied were replaced with glass ones to keep a close watch on them at all times.
Support from Their Mother: Urfi Javed’s mother, Zakia, taught them how to pray and helped them understand the true meaning of religion. However, their father’s tight surveillance and restrictions based on religious grounds made their childhood difficult and stressful.
Urfi Javed’s revelations shed light on the challenges she faced growing up and how they have shaped her independent mindset today.
