During the announcement, which took place in the presence of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and state president Mohan Bhadouria, Nadda emphasized that the manifesto is a serious commitment to the development of Haryana. He outlined plans such as free dialysis in hospitals and up to ₹10 lakh in treatment under the Chiranjeevi Ayushman scheme.

  5. Railway Budget Increase: Nadda noted that the railway budget for Haryana has been increased ninefold under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The BJP has outlined a comprehensive manifesto for the Haryana elections, featuring 20 key promises aimed at various demographics. Here are the main points:

  1. Lado Lakshmi Scheme: Monthly financial support of ₹2,100 for all women under this initiative.
  2. Industrial Development: Construction of 10 industrial cities modeled after IMT Kharkhoda, with special incentives for entrepreneurs to create 50,000 local jobs in each city.
  3. Chiranjeevi-Ayushman Scheme: Free medical treatment of up to ₹10 lakh for each family and an additional ₹25 lakh for senior citizens aged 70 and above.
  4. Minimum Support Price (MSP): Procurement of 24 crops at declared MSP rates.
  5. Government Jobs: Provision of 200,000 government jobs for youth.
  6. Employment Opportunities: Creation of additional job opportunities for 500,000 youths, along with monthly stipends through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
  7. Housing Initiatives: Development of 500,000 housing units in urban and rural areas.
  8. Free Dialysis and Diagnostics: Provision of free dialysis and diagnostic services in government hospitals.
  9. Olympic Sports Nurseries: Establishment of sports nurseries for Olympic games in every district.
  10. Cylinder Subsidy: ₹500 cylinders for homemakers under the “Har Ghar Grihaini” scheme.
  11. Scooter Scheme: Provision of scooters for college-going girls in rural areas under the “Aavval Balika” initiative.
  12. Guaranteed Jobs for Agniveers: Assurance of government jobs for every Agniveer from Haryana.
  13. KMP Orbital Rail Corridor: Construction of the KMP orbital rail corridor with the support of the Government of India, along with the introduction of new Vande Bharat trains.
  14. Rapid Rail Services: Launch of various rapid rail services and an intercity express metro service between Faridabad and Gurugram with government assistance.
  15. Welfare Boards for Backward Castes: Establishment of separate welfare boards with adequate budgets for the 36 backward castes.
  16. Pension Increases: Increase in all social monthly pensions based on a scientific formula linked to DA and pensions.
  17. Scholarships for OBC and SC Students: Full scholarships for Haryana students from OBC and SC communities studying medical and engineering at any government college in India.
  18. Loan Guarantees for OBC Entrepreneurs: The state government will guarantee loans up to ₹25 lakh for OBC entrepreneurs, in addition to the Mudra scheme.
  19. Skill Training: Initiatives to make Haryana a global education hub by providing modern skill training.
  20. International Safari Park: Development of an international-level Aravalli Jungle Safari Park in South Haryana.

These commitments are designed to address the needs of various sections of society, including women, youth, farmers, and small entrepreneurs, showcasing the BJP’s vision for the state’s development.

BJP’s Confidence in the Upcoming Elections:

State President Mohan Bhadouria expressed confidence that the party will fulfill all commitments made in the manifesto, reiterating the party’s past successes in previous elections. Chief Minister Saini assured that the party’s promises would not mislead voters, citing their track record of delivering on previous commitments.

This manifesto aims to address the needs of various demographics, including women, youth, farmers, and small businesses, and is based on extensive consultations with over 200,000 people across the state.
