Though he is stepping down, the Delhi assembly will not be dissolved, and the AAP legislators will choose a new CM. Possible contenders include Atishi, Kailash Gahlot, and Gopal Rai.
Kejriwal mentioned that, like Goddess Sita, he must face an ordeal to prove his honesty after being accused of corruption by the BJP.
