Former Indian captain Rahul Dravid has been appointed as the head coach of the Rajasthan Royals for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season. Dravid’s tenure as India’s head coach concluded in June with a victory in the T20 World Cup.
The Rajasthan Royals announced the appointment, highlighting Dravid’s previous association with the team as both captain and coach from 2011 to 2015. Dravid will immediately join the team and work alongside Director of Cricket Kumar Sangakkara.
